Supplies as furniture or el. power must be ordered separately!

HOSTESSES

We are happy to offer you our hostessing and translation services. You will be able to see the offer and more information once you fill in the online binding application form. Minimal period of hostess service is two days. 

PROFESSIONAL HELPERS

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation offer is available for all exhibitors in our online form. You, as an exhibitor, will receive the online form login information once you contact us at info@cannafest.cz with your company presentation requirement.

FURNITURE RENTAL SERVICE

We offer you our furniture rental services. The list of furniture is available in our online form. You will receive the online form login information once you contact us at info@cannafest.cz with your company presentation requirement. 

STANDARDIZED STAND CONSTRUCTIONS

We offer building constructions of stands built of octanorm panels so our exhibitors don´t need to take care about anything else, just their goods. This service you can order in our online system as well. For more information please contact us at nikola.hegrova@cannafest.cz

INDIVIDUAL EXPOSITIONS CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING ARCHITECTONIC SOLUTIONS

We are able to built your stand and arrange all the equipments. Our experienced architect and stand constructing companies can design your exposition straight according to your requirements and expectations. We can use the basic constructing system Octanorm with combination of atypical elements; atypical expositions – completely individual stands built of various materials and their combination, such as glass, aluminium, wood, textiles; expositions can even have a special illumination or can be built on two floors. For more information please contact us at nikola.hegrova@cannafest.cz

CLEANING SERVICE

Cannafest has it's own cleaning service for the whole area and we can also offer you complete daily cleaning of your exposition. The cleaning service offer for your stand is available in our online form after you fill out the binding application.

INDIVIDUAL SECURITY FOR YOUR EXPOSITION

The whole exhibition space is guarded during the trade fair nevertheless we can provide a speacial guard for your exposition if necessary. In case you are interested in this service, please contact us at nikola.hegrova@cannafest.cz

FORWARDING COMPANY, STORAGE

The forwarding company we cooperate with can take care of the delivery of your goods from/to your country. The goods can be stored for some time to be sent straight to another trade fair. For more information please contact us at nikola.hegrova@cannafest.cz

FLOWER SERVICE

We are able to deliver any flowers to your exposition to make it look more attractive. You can choose fresh cut flowers, various kinds of bushes or even a full grown palms. To order a flower service, please contact us at nikola.hegrova@cannafest.cz

CATERING FOR YOUR STAND

There are many various possibilities for eating during Cannafest but you can also order a catering to your stand. You can order some refreshments for your business partners, lunch, dinner or snacks for your stand crew to make yourself comfortable while operating at your stand the whole time of the trade fair. The catering service offer is available in our online form after you fill out the binding application.
