VISITING RULES FOR THE CANNAFEST TRADE SHOW AT THE PVA EXPO PRAGUE LETNANY

(hereinafter referred to as the "Visitors' Rules")

 

I. Basic provisions

 

1. These Visitor Regulations are valid in the PVA EXPO PRAHA area, Beranových 667, Prague 9 – Letňany

(hereinafter referred to as the “Area”).

2. These Visitor Regulations apply to visitors to the Cannafest Prague international trade show and other persons entering the Area (hereinafter referred to as the "Visitor").

3. By entering the Site, the Visitor undertakes to comply with these Visitor Regulations. 

4. The Visitor is obliged to behave in the Site in such a way as not to endanger the health and property of other persons.

A Visitor who does not comply with these Visitor Regulations may be denied entry to the Site or may be removed from the Site without reimbursement of the ticket price. 

5. During the event, public entry to the Site is possible only on the basis of a valid ticket or presentation of a document allowing free entry.

During the preparation and liquidation of the exhibition, the Site is closed to the public.

After the Site is closed, it is prohibited to move around it without permission to enter the Site and without reporting to the security service.

6. To protect minors, entry to Cannafest is only permitted to adults. Persons under the age of 18 will only be allowed entry when accompanied by an adult! The event management reserves the right to request proof of age. Children under 14 (accompanied by an adult) have free entry.

7. The organizer Cannafest s.r.o., ID number 03962377, takes visual and audiovisual recordings of the ongoing event in the Area while respecting the necessary degree of privacy of the Visitor. By entering the Area, the Visitor grants the Company consent to the taking of his or her likeness and to the use of the likeness in any promotional materials of the company Cannafest s.r.o. The Company will comply with any express disagreement of the Visitor with the taking of the recording.

8. The visitor acknowledges and agrees that the premises of the Complex are monitored by a camera system with the possibility of recording for the purpose of security of the Complex. When recording and archiving, the rules on personal data protection set out in Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC are respected. 

9. The visitor is obliged to comply with the currently valid hygiene and safety measures to protect public health.

 

II. Basic rules 

 

1. Move along marked roads and paths and follow the Traffic and Parking Rules of the Area. 

2. Do not enter areas other than those in which the exhibition or other event is taking place. 

3. Respect the marking of enclosed areas with portable fences. 

4. Do not manipulate the equipment and facilities of the Area, do not destroy them. 

5. Do not enter or remain in the Area under the influence of alcohol or other narcotic and psychotropic substances.

6. Any advertising, sale of goods, offering of services, carrying out of any productions and putting up of posters is prohibited throughout the Area without the written permission of the operator or organizer. 

7. Smoking is prohibited throughout the Area except in designated areas. 

8. Entry and riding of bicycles, roller skates, scooters, trampolines and other means of endangering the safety of visitors during exhibition events is prohibited within the Area, except for exhibition center employees performing their work duties. 

9. Transporting cargo through the gatehouse may be subject to random checks of the correctness of the contents.

10. Entry into the Area with animals is prohibited unless they are guide or assistance dogs accompanying a person with a disability. 

11. Report any damage, deficiencies and facts threatening visitors to the Cannafest technical dispatch center or to any employee of the organizing or security service. 

12. Maintain order, place garbage in prepared baskets and dustbins. 

13. Damage caused to equipment in the Area is the responsibility of the Visitor who caused it. 

14. In the event of an injury to a visitor in the Area, it is necessary to write a record of the accident in the presence of the relevant Area employees.

 

III. Final Provisions 

 

1. Information regarding the Site can be obtained from the Technical Administration in Entrance Hall II. 

2. Circumstances not regulated by these Visiting Regulations are governed by the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic. 

3. The Company reserves the right to change these Visiting Regulations at any time. 

4. These Visiting Regulations are valid from September 1, 2022.
