Arnold “Arnie” Benjamin Weiss is a visionary executive and entrepreneur known for architecting scalable, transformative systems across global technology, media, and agriculture. Arnie leads YNGH, one of Slovakia’s premier cultivators of EU Certified Industrial Hemp. Applying his extensive background in complex supply chains and productization, he scaled the company’s operations to over 2,000 acres (800 hectares) at its peak—representing nearly 40% of all hemp grown in the country. Under his leadership, YNGH has successfully commercialized the entire hemp plant (root, straw, seeds, and flower) through strategic wholesale distribution and innovative white-label product development. Arnie has also driven the industry forward by spearheading EU-funded medical research projects exploring the clinical efficacy of industrial hemp, making him a sought-after speaker at annual agricultural and tech conferences.

Before disrupting the European hemp industry, Arnie spent over two decades as a pioneering product leader in the global video and advertising technology sectors. His remarkable career began at just 11 years old working on live broadcasts for ABC Sports, launching a foundational era where he produced major events for ABC, CBS, and ESPN. Transitioning seamlessly into the digital revolution, he held senior leadership roles at legacy media giants and digital disruptors alike. At Viacom (now Paramount Global), he commanded the distribution of over six billion annual video streams. As Head of Video Product for Fusion (a Disney/Univision joint venture) and later as Chief Product Officer at Fizzi Mex, he built and scaled cloud-native streaming platforms, engineered sophisticated programmatic ad-tech stacks, and managed cross-continental engineering teams.

Arnie’s diverse career is unified by his identity as a "System Builder"—a philosophy he applies with equal passion to civic and humanitarian challenges. In 2022, leveraging his agile management expertise, he and his wife provided rapid, on-the-ground humanitarian aid at the Slovak-Ukrainian border, an effort formally recognized by the City of Miami Beach. This same commitment to optimizing critical systems drove his 2024 campaign for Miami-Dade Supervisor of Elections, where he proposed a comprehensive technical roadmap to modernize the democratic process.
