Béguerie is one of the European expert leader in the medical cannabis and CBD industry with now close to 20 years of experience in cannabis production, regulation, education, and advocacy. Buds a new CBD brand mixing the Californian CBD innovation experience with the French luxury know-how to bring to the EU market, unique and premium CBD products. After is journey pioneering the Cannabis industry in Europe, Sébastien is still pushing the boundaries by co-founding and becoming in 2026 the Président of the Cannabis Embassy foundation. He is now advocating at the Committee Narcotic Drugs at UN in Vienna; for the free access of Cannabis for medical and non medical use under Schedule.1, Article.2 paragraph.9 of the 1961 UN single convention.
